What is the return policy?

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us via Instagram (@indigogarms) with clear proof of the issue. Approved returns require the buyer to cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.

Item Sale Policy
To sell an item to us, please send detailed photos via Instagram (@indigogarms). Buyout offers typically range between 30–50% of the item’s current market value. Payment will only be issued after the item has been received and successfully inspected.
Item Trade Policy
For trading, send clear photos of your item via Instagram (@indigogarms). Once both parties reach an agreement, each party is responsible for their own shipping costs. Customers are required to ship their item first. Our item will only be dispatched after the received item has arrived and passed inspection.
If an item is found to be counterfeit or significantly misdescribed, it will be returned to the sender and the transaction will be voided.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
